Another farewell post dedicated to Kong....Like I said in my previous post, so many ppl are leaving Melbourne...*sigh*

This time, is Kong who's gonna go back to Hong Kong on Wednesday....A friend that I came to know through Huey (her bf) and start hanging out quite often with William and me since we always do the double date thingie with Huey and her beau!! =)

Unlike before, he prefer a quiet farewell, just a simple dinner where we could chat and have a good time hanging out together for the last time. Hence, on Monday, I recommended the place William brought me during my birthday, *France-Soir* located in Toorak Road, famous for their absolute yummy food and nice atmosphere!!!

We brought along a bottle of wine as a farewell present for Kong...But well, you gotta admit, what's a good dinner without a great bottle of wine..Right? I am never a wine person, but even I gotta admit, William's pick is really good. I like the taste of the wine swirling in my mouth, rich yet soothing and smooth. Perfect match to go with the steak.

We are a bunch of good food lovers, hence, decided to stuff ourselves silly on this eventful night.

I used to feel horrified at the idea of swallowing a snail but once I tried this on my birthday,
I have been dying to go back for more!!

I did not give up posting YET =p it's just these few days have been crazyyyyyyy busy for me...my parents, birthdays, farewells and such. Shall update them soon enough!!! =)

I really think Crystal Jade food is THE bomb!!! it's soooo yummy and kinda reminds me of restaurants back in KL !!! Btw, their winter melon soup is a MUST TRY!!! Forgot to take pics of all the food we had!!! Had a farewell dinner on Friday for Da Ching..Potluck style...
I don't know whats up with this year...everyone seems to leave Melbourne for good OR for an effinggggg long holiday!! First it's Edmund, than Jacq, then Boon, then Kelvin Teh, Vivien, Yet Jun and now its Da Ching.... Our group's size shrinking smaller and smaller every month!! So depressingggggg!! =(

Is like we used to go out in this whole big bunch, makan in this whole big bunch but now....so lil ppl left...(there's still quite alot ppl but cannot compare to before la...before was HUGE crowd!) Like I said, it's depressing!! Melbourne is gonna be soooooooooo quiet soon!!!

Anyways, enough of my babbling, I decided to make my Sambal Ikan Bilis with Nasi Lemak on Da Ching's potluck!!! I loveeee cooking!! I enjoy the process and I totally love to see the results of it and totallyyyy anxious about feedbacks!!

Ta daaaa~~~ There you go, my spicyyyy yum yum Sambal Ikan Bilis!!! Soooo gooood!!

Made 36 of these entree style of nasi lemak, make it easier for them to eat!! hehe~ My rice is kinda not good enough though...I forgot to put salt in it and hence, kinda tasteless, BUT with THE BOMB - Sambal Ikan Bilis, it sort of cover up the not so tasty rice!! hehe~

I have an ultimate discovery during dinner!!! Hong introduce to me this totally orgasmic Salad Sauce!!! It's sesame base but it goes WHOAAA when u taste it!!! SO DAMN GOOD I'm not even joking!!!! U can get it in any asian grocery, I got mine immediately on the next day in Russell's St Asian Grocery!! Yummmmmmmyyyyyy~ And the best part bout it, it's totally Healthy and NOT fattening!!! I am in loveeee!!

Back to topic, Da Ching shall be reaching KL this morning. May you have a safe flight, enjoy urself back in KL and hopefully you will come back Melb for a visit!!! hehehe~ If everything goes well, there's a big fat chance I shall see u in KL end of this year!! =)

Bought myself something when I pass by B 'n' T today....Matching lingerie!! I am now veryyyy into floral print!!! hehehe~ loveee them!! =)

Something unlucky happened though on this special supposed-ly happy day, which totally spoil our mood. *sigh*

William's car window got smashed and the iTouch he gave me as a surprise present last year was STOLEN!!! what's worst is the leather seats of his car was slashed cos of those broken pieces of window glasses!!! *double sigh*

I was devastated although he promise to get me another iTouch. But the meaning isn't the same anymore right?*sigh* THAT iTouch is special because he surprise me with it and it travels all the way from Melbourne to Malaysia. Thats what makes it so special, but now, it's GONE!!! I am sooooooo UPSET!!! =(

Curse that whoever fella who smashed William's car window and steal my precious iTouch AND slashed all the leather seats (intentionally or UNintentionally) !!!! I am gonna curse that stupid fella till he even choke when he is drinking water or eating taufu!!! arghhh~Erghhhh~

Anyways, just take this unlucky incident as "破财挡灾" . I sincerely pray may after this unfortunate incident, he will have a smooth and better year ahead~ Not to forget, I pray we both will have more months and years ahead of us~

Hey again people,

I went to Hotham again with the gang and I am proud to say I can ski a teeny weeny bit.
AT LEAST I am not falling down 24/7 and did not sprained my poor ankle this time this year!

I decided to change a new hairstyle, got quite bored with the old sweeping fringe hence, I am now carrying a doll-like hair cut which I gradually begin to fall in love with!!! =)

Everything is still amazing between me & Him. I still feel loved and pampered. 2 more days to turning 11 months!

And, it's Spring now in Melbourne but I hate those rainy days...What happen to the sun and nice breezy weather where I could start wearing nice clothes besides just my boring fur jacket?

Not forgetting to mention, my parents are in Melbourne, stalking me!! =p

Joking...I don't mind their visit at all to be honest. I really do miss them and it's definitely a bonus being able to introduce William to them and I am definitely gleeful to find my parents seems to like him! =) Not to forget an icing on the cake when my dad had his first try on a shot of 151 that day with my cousins and I and got drunk at the end of the night!!! Wicked!! hehehe~
